KEEPING UP WITH CHANGE

SOCIAL attitudes are constantly changing - and, so too, are the laws that respond to, or govern, those changes.

The current legislation in place is the 1998 Liquor Control Reform Act, overseen by Liquor Licencing Victoria, the former Liquor Licencing Commission.

"I am well-versed in all the processes of liquor licencing," Alan says.

"But it is important for me to keep abreast of the constant changes in the industry and in the legislation.

"I can always say to my clients that my advice is based on the latest possible industry status.

"But above all, the most important aspect is the personal attention I offer to clients.

"I will be with them from day one through to the end.

"They are assured of my personal representation at all hearings, and my personal handling of all the paper-work."
